The  purpose  of  this  project  is  to  provide  updated  living  facilities  to  serve  the  retirement community of West Point, NE. 

The scope of the renovation primarily includes heavy interior renovations to levels 2 and 3, each with  approximately 15,833 GSF for resident units  and  some  common areas.   The  exterior walls will have work done to incorporate in-wall mechanical units and new windows.
