We worked with the County and devised a Lease / Purchase plan that would meet, not only their needs, but include additional space the county could rent out to Nebraska State Health & Human Services. The new building needed to be constructed so close to the existing building that a portion of the new building could not be finished until after the County was moved into their new space and the old building was demolished.
