Our project at Holt County Courthouse began with assessing the needs of the county and compliance with ADA standards.  The most economical and efficient way to meet these needs was to build an addition.  The addition includes an elevator to achieve accessibility to all floors, a new County Courtroom and storage for the Clerk of the County Clear, a new Supervisors hearing room, additional storage for the County Assessor, a completely renovated Jail and new Sheriff’s office and Dispatch Center.
