At Beckenhauer Construction, being a small company means we’re more than just coworkers—we’re like a family. Our recent company family picnic was a wonderful reminder of that as we gathered with our team members and their families for a day filled with great food, fun games, and plenty of laughter. This year’s event was extra special as we celebrated Ben Fink’s retirement after 29 years of dedicated service. We are incredibly grateful for Ben’s hard work and commitment to the company, and we wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement. Spending time together outside of work, with the people who mean the most to us, is what makes our company culture truly special.
