We are excited to announce the completion of the Faith Lutheran Church addition and renovation in Lincoln, NE. The project, which included a 1,735 sq. ft. renovation on the main floor, 1,635 sq. ft. on the upper floor, and a nearly 11,000 sq. ft. new addition, wrapped up in mid-September. Just in time for Faith Lutheran’s first annual Ribfest BBQ Cookoff on September 21 and their dedication ceremony on October 13, where the congregation held their first service in the newly renovated space.

Throughout the project, great progress was made thanks to the hard work and dedication of our trade partners and project team. Exterior windows were installed by Glass Edge Inc., with interior windows following soon after. Stonebrook Exterior completed the siding, brick, and roofing work, including parapet caps, trim, fascia, and other final touches. Greens Plumbing and Heating, INC. played a key role in ensuring that the plumbing and HVAC systems were successfully installed, while Willmar Electric Service completed the electrical work, setting light fixtures, data systems, and panel installations.

Inside the church, Drywallmasters prepped and painted the sanctuary, finishing drywall and paint throughout the building. J & H Construction Inc. installed the ceiling grid and acoustic tiles, keeping the project on schedule. Thanks to the exceptional teamwork between the architects, engineers, trades, and project teams, we were able to meet all project deadlines and deliver a successful renovation.

Along the way, we encountered some interesting challenges, such as the careful handling of fragile stained glass during installation.
