The new Clay County Jail & Law Enforcement Center consists of 54,000 square feet, housing 54 beds and offices for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Vermillion Police Department.

The architect for the project is JLG Architects and consultants include: Banner Associates, Inc. (Civil), Confluence (Landscape), ERA Structural Engineering (Structural), Associated Consulting Engineering, Inc. (Mech/Elec), Ericksen Ellison and Associates, Inc. (Security), JB Marie, LLC (Consulting Architect)
