Since June 2023, Jake has led our finance and accounting group with a strong focus on strategic growth and operational efficiency. He plays a key role in leveraging data-driven insights to streamline financial processes, improve performance, and support project teams in an evolving industry. Through innovative financial strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement, Jake helps position our company for long-term success. His leadership encourages teams to refine best practices, challenge conventional thinking, and drive measurable results for clients and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

Jake began his career in construction finance in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience across multiple markets, including Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OGC), power generation (solar and wind), power transmission, and energy storage. He has managed projects ranging in value from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $4 billion. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration, Jake brings a deep understanding of financial management and operational efficiency, ensuring that every project is supported with strategic financial oversight.
