Beckenhauer Construction is excited to welcome Dan Griess as our new Business Development Manager!

Dan’s career began in the medical field, earning his Bachelor’s degree as a Medical Technologist before going on to obtain his Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA). His extensive experience includes time at Regional West Clinical Lab and at Omaha Clinical Lab, the formerly known University Hospital.

In 1992, Dan joined Box Butte General Hospital (BBGH) in Alliance, Nebraska, where he played a crucial role for nearly 25 years. Starting as a Lab Manager, he advanced to Vice President and later served as CEO. During his tenure at BBGH, Dan worked closely with Beckenhauer Construction on various additions and renovations, forging strong connections with our team.

Following his time at BBGH, Dan moved to Omaha and joined Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, where he continued his impactful career until his retirement in 2024. However, retirement didn’t last long—earlier this year, he officially became part of the Beckenhauer Construction family.

Having known Buster and Joe Beckenhauer for many years, Dan is eager to find his place within the company and contribute to its continued success. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to seeing his expertise and leadership drive new opportunities for Beckenhauer Construction.
