Beckenhauer's developed a plan during the demolition and re-construction phases that enabled our students to continue their education as the work moved from one area of the building to another. They stressed job safety as a high priority and always talked to the sub-contractors in terms of providing the owner's with the quality of facility the community expected. I specifically encourage the careful consideration of Beckenhauer Construction and the concept of construction management for any project which may be under consideration.

Project Summary
This project was broken down into two phases and even with work proceeding during the school year in nearly all areas of the facility, disruption was minimal and the schedule was expedited. Phase 1 was the addition and the renovation to the Jr. High / Sr. High building and phase 2 was the renovation to the elementary building plus some cosmetic changes in all other areas of the facility. The addition included new Cafeteria, kitchen, restrooms, wrestling area, locker room and classrooms. Completed on time and within owner approved budget.
